STgenetics welcomes Haley Herzog, of Robinson, Texas, as a new Marketing Representative and Social Media Specialist for the Bovine division.

Herzog is a 2018 graduate of Texas A&M University, where she earned a bachelor of science in Agricultural Communications and Journalism and a minor in Psychology.

During her time at Texas A&M, Herzog was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma fraternity of Epsilon Rho where she was actively involved on various committees and volunteer work with the Nehemiah Center of Navasota. She was also a member of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Student Council and the Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communications Peer Advising Program.

Herzog also has served in a variety of internship capacities with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, the State Fair of Texas and Heart O’ Texas Fair and Rodeo.

In addition to her student responsibilities, Herzog worked for The Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine. Upon graduation she served as the 2018 Texas Farm Bureau Communications summer intern where she generated a multitude of writing pieces and worked closely with the TFB Radio Network. She recently completed a position with ShowChampions Photography as the Director of Sales and Marketing, and Internship Coordinator.

Herzog was heavily involved in both 4-H and FFA programs as a youth member. Raised in the heart of Texas, Herzog follows a long line of passionate agriculturalists. She and her family have had much success in the livestock industry and continue to raise registered Brahman cattle.

“My roots are in agriculture, and I have been given many opportunities that have helped harness my passion for agriculture and the communities within it,” Herzog said.
